On last weekend..we went to Cahaya SPK to see our house progress..lama gile x tgk rumah...kebetulan ada wedding kat Nusa Rhu maka pergilah kami melihat rumah..sekali jalan kan..hehe..

haa..yg nih plak kitorang snap pix pandangan belakang rumah tuh..kitorang masuk kat Precint 2 & 3 housing area..rasanya kat Balai Polis Area..kalo x silap nih Precint 4's show house yg bakal siap end of January 2010..hopefully siap la..

**Eh.noticed something. Is that BROWN/CHOC??? ouh NO!Kalo btol la dah siap kang..colour choc brown camtuh HARUSLAH kami tukar!!arghh!!**

Then time nak balik, we got Cahaya SPK's 2010 Calendar..oh SANGAT BAGUS!!~ sebab?? this special calendar come together with LOTS of info on real estate & property's terms such as :
what is quit rent & assessment - the purpose,the payment of tax, the payment due date..
what is MRTA..
what is Legal Fees for Sale & Purchase Agreement & Loan Agreement - ok..nih sgt bagus.siap bg ngan schedule..senang. kita leh tau/check lawyer tipu kite ke tak..hehe
and etc..



**Thank SPK Homes for the cute calendar..it's REALLY HELPFUL to those couple cam kitorang yg 1ST time beli rumah kan..hehe..before this terkial kial hokeh & blur sentiasa & rasa nak berpinar mata & sakit otak x paham2 ape kebenda la term2 property nih..haha~**

Serious pening kepala ok time nak beli ghumah nih hah..but at the end of the day..yup..we gain experience..lotssss of experience how to buy house..hikhik

still remember that moment..the time when we booked the house..huhu...

actually before gi SPK, both of us dah pergi byk gak tempat lain..kat area2 Shah Aam gak laa..such as D Kayangan-Bukit Jelutong-Setia Eco Park-Sunway Kayangan-Alam Suria-Kayangan Height-Laman Seri @ 13, etc laa..adalah lebih 10 places we went.. tapi x berkenan..ada yg berkenan tapi..toooo pricey!sbg contoh : Laman Seri, price dia start from rm1.2m...huhu..gle la..Setia Eco Park pon sama if am not mistaken..bergolok bergadai pon blom tentu dapat..hoho

kalau x silap kitorg leh tau diz place-Cahaya SPK secara kebetulan..sumwhere around March this year..jln2 nampak their banner kat tepi jln..then tros gi..saje la nak tgk..tgk banner cam best..

we went to the clubhouse & 1 salesgirl entertained us..we also went to the showhouses (got 2 type of house,kalo x salah)..& then....my 1st impression : OMG! Sgt2 cantik..cantik dr segi design of the house..bukan deco..deco tuh of coz la kan..nama pon show house kan..hehe..dua2 type tuh kitorg suka..

balik tuh,x sempat discuss.kitorg dah sibuk2 coz nak gi HK next weeknya..I ada keja di sana..Ash sibuk nak ikut our 'rombongan cik kiah' ke sana..haha..then balik from HK..kitorg gi SPK balik,then 1 salesperson told us..dah fully booked!! What???! Cpat gle...time tuh kitorg cakap kat each other..x pe la..x de rezeki kita..*ayat standard utk menyedapkan hati* hehe

dlm bulan 4/5 kitorg dpt tau SPK launch new phase in their resort township..kitorg dtg-Ash suke the concept-decide-booked!

Ash&Ann Dream Home Criteria

Our dream home criteria :

1) Definitely & semestinya di Shah Alam Area..coz Ash's businesses di sini..&dia anak-jati-Shah Alam..*sgt tidak berkembang kan??kan??hehe*

2) Rumah bertanah..Actually i okey je umah tinggi2 berlif tuh..saje nak rasa..coz x pnah rasa duduk condo..dr kecik sampai ke beso nak kawen nih duduk di rumah bertanah..mesti best kan duduk kat condo..leh tgk scenery dr beranda..jiran ramai..ptg2 leh g swimmming pool..hehe..*ampunkan patik kerana jakun sebentar*..tetapi Ash tidak berkenan..at all..keta kalau ada ada 3 nak ltak mana?kalau nak buat party/kenduri2 kat mana?kalau org dtg ramai2 macammana?kalau awak dah nak terberanak nanti,andai kata lif tetiba rosak macammana?nak tanam2 bunga ke sayur ke camne?bla..bla..bla..*erk..apo nak di kata..baiklah..*

3) Tak jauh-tak dekat sgt from seksyen 18..coz Ash's parents house kat situ..so papehal..emergency ke ape dekat la gak..

4) Banyak facilities kat housing area tuh..kalo boleh biarlah dkat ngan hypermarkets-police station-schools-clinic/hospital etc..ape2hal senang..

5) No traffic jam!bukanla takde langsung*tak mungkin..huhu* tapi org kata takla sampai cam kat KL setiap pagi..haru..
